OVERVIEW

This website is operated by V.N.S, a French société par actions simplifiée
à associé unique (SASU) trading as Sevarine. Throughout the site, the terms
"we", "us" and "our" refer to V.N.S / Sevarine. Full company details are in
section 19.

Sevarine offers this website, including all information, tools and services
available on it, conditional on your acceptance of all terms, conditions,
policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by
these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), including any additional terms and
policies referenced here or available by hyperlink.

Please read these Terms carefully before using the site. If you do not
agree with them, do not use the site or place an order.

Any new features or tools added to the store are also subject to these
Terms. You can review the current version at any time on this page.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform
that allows us to sell our products to you.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of
majority in your country of residence.

You may not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose, nor
breach any law in your jurisdiction when using the service, including
intellectual property laws.

You must not transmit any virus, malware or destructive code.

Breach of any of these Terms may result in immediate suspension of the
service.

2. GENERAL CONDITIONS

We may refuse an order or suspend access to the service on legitimate and
objective grounds, in particular where we suspect fraud, where these Terms
have been breached, or where delivery is not possible.

You understand that your content, excluding payment card information, may
be transferred unencrypted and may involve transmission over various
networks and technical changes to meet network or device requirements.
Payment card information is always encrypted in transit.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any
part of the service without our express written permission.

Section headings are for convenience only and do not affect these Terms.

3. ACCURACY OF INFORMATION

We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but
we cannot guarantee it at all times. Material on this site is provided for
general information and should not be relied on as the sole basis for a
decision.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibility for the mandatory
pre-contractual information about our products, prices and delivery times.

4. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES

Prices may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is
the price displayed when you confirm your purchase, and later changes do
not affect it.

We may modify or discontinue any part of the service at any time. Orders
already confirmed will be fulfilled on the terms accepted.

5. OUR PRODUCTS

Materials. Our pieces are made from 316L stainless steel with 18-carat gold
plating. They are plated, not solid gold. The plating is a surface finish
and its lifespan depends on how the piece is worn and cared for.

Stones. Our birthstones are decorative stones chosen to match the colour
traditionally associated with each calendar month. They are supplied for
their appearance and are not sold as certified or graded natural gemstones.

Skin sensitivity. 316L stainless steel is widely used in jewellery because
it is well tolerated by most people. This is not a medical guarantee. If
you have a known metal allergy or sensitive skin, please check with a
healthcare professional before wearing.

Colour. We have made every effort to display our products accurately. We
cannot guarantee that the colours shown on your screen are exact.

Sizing. Please check the size guide before ordering. If you are unsure of
your size, email contact@sevarine.com before placing your order — we would
much rather help you get it right than process a return.

Availability. Products may be offered in limited quantities and we may
limit sales by person, region or jurisdiction.

6. PRICES, VAT AND DUTIES

All prices are shown in pounds sterling.

The total shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. There is nothing
further to pay on delivery: no import VAT, no customs duty and no carrier
handling fee.

Any shipping costs are displayed before you confirm your order.

7. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Your order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation by email.
Until then, no contract exists between us.

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or
per order. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to contact you
using the email address, billing address or telephone number provided at
the time of purchase.

You agree to provide accurate, complete and current purchase and account
information, and to keep it up to date.

8. OFFERS AND PROMOTIONS

Our promotions are subject to availability and may be changed or withdrawn
at any time. The promotion that applies to your order is the one in force
when you confirm your purchase.

Where an offer is described as limited to a stated number of orders or to a
stated period, that limit is applied as described.

Promotions are not combinable unless expressly stated.

9. DELIVERY

· Non-personalised pieces: dispatched within 7 to 10 working days
· Personalised pieces: dispatched within 14 to 16 working days
· Delivery is free, with no minimum spend

Dispatch times are estimates. You will receive a confirmation email with
tracking once your order is dispatched.

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of your order confirmation,
email contact@sevarine.com and we will refund you in full.

10. RETURNS, CANCELLATION AND GUARANTEE

Returns, your statutory right to cancel, the treatment of personalised
items and our 12-month guarantee are governed by our Returns & Refunds
Policy, which is available on the site and forms part of these Terms.

Please note in particular that personalised pieces, made with the
birthstones you select, cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Some content and services available through our site may include material
from third parties. Third-party links may direct you to websites that are
not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for reviewing or evaluating
their content or accuracy.

Any claim relating to a third-party product, service or transaction should
be directed to that third party.

12. PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy,
available on the site.

13. ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

Information on our site may occasionally contain typographical errors,
inaccuracies or omissions relating to descriptions, prices, promotions,
shipping charges, delivery times or availability.

We may correct such errors and cancel affected orders, refunding you in
full. Where a pricing error is obvious and would have been recognised as
such, we are not obliged to honour the incorrect price; we will tell you
before processing your order.

14. PROHIBITED USES

In addition to the prohibitions set out elsewhere in these Terms, you may
not use the site or its content: (a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to
solicit others to perform unlawful acts; (c) to breach any regulation or
law; (d) to infringe our intellectual property rights or those of others;
(e) to harass, abuse or discriminate; (f) to submit false or misleading
information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; (h) to
collect or track the personal information of others; (i) for spam,
phishing or similar purposes; (j) to interfere with the security features
of the service.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not warrant that your use of the service will be uninterrupted,
timely, secure or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or
consequential loss arising from your use of the site.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for fraud, for
death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any liability that
cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory
rights as a consumer.

16. GOVERNING LAW AND COMPLAINTS

If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom, you keep the
protection of UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and
the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, whatever law otherwise applies to
the contract.

Before raising a formal complaint, please email contact@sevarine.com. We
resolve the large majority of issues directly and within a few days.

17. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

You can review the most current version of these Terms on this page. We may
update them by posting changes to the site. Changes do not apply
retrospectively to orders already confirmed.

18. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable,
that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue
in force.
